About Nurse Approved

We put frontline nursing expertise at the center of healthcare innovation — because the profession that delivers most of healthcare should shape what gets built for it.

Our mission

Nurse Approved exists to build the network where healthcare companies and practicing nurses meet on equal footing. Through certification, advisory, education, and investment, we’re creating a market where nurse expertise is mandatory, not optional. Nurses are the most trusted profession in America. They shape adoption. They drive outcomes. They deserve a seat at every innovation table — and compensation for what they know.

Stronger together

This is bigger than certification. It’s about representation. When nurses evaluate products blind, when they sit on advisory boards, when they teach other nurses about innovation, and when they’re compensated for their expertise — that’s when healthcare gets better. The Seal proves it. The network makes it happen.

Rebecca Love speaking
Our story

Built by nurses. Trusted by healthcare.

Rebecca Love founded Nurse Approved out of a simple observation: healthcare companies spend billions on innovation, yet they rarely ask the one voice that matters most — the nurses using these products at the bedside.

As a TED-featured nurse and healthcare innovator, Rebecca spent two decades bridging the gap between clinical practice and healthcare innovation. She saw products fail in the field despite executive approval. She saw brilliant innovations stall because adoption committees demanded independent nurse validation that didn’t exist.

So she built the platform that makes nurse expertise mandatory, not optional. Today, companies from startups to market leaders trust the Seal because they know what it represents: the unfiltered voice of practicing nurses, backed by a network of nurse founders who get healthcare.
