Healthcare companies need short videos from people who actually know care. Whether you’re just getting started or already have a real following, we bring you the jobs, handle the contracts and invoicing, and pay you. You pick the jobs you want and make the video.
It comes down to whose channel the video lives on. Creators make videos for the brand to post. Influencers make the video and post it to their own audience. You can apply for either, or both.
Your base rate is the floor. When a video you post on your own channels takes off, the view bonus is where the real money is. Here’s what a single video could pay.
Examples only. Bonuses are paid on views a video reaches on your own channels within 90 days of posting. How pay works
Your base rate is set by your total followers across the platforms the brand is paying for. If a brand wants TikTok and Instagram, and you have 30K on one and 20K on the other, you count as 50K.
Totals are base pay plus the view bonus, for a video you post that reaches those views within 90 days. If a brand only wants you to share a video someone else made, the base rate is half.
Tell us who you are, where you post, and send a few links that show you can edit, talk on camera, or run a social account.
When a brand needs video, we send the brief to creators who fit. You decide whether to take it. Budgets are set per project, so spots can fill up.
Film it, edit it, send it in. Each video includes one round of edits from the client, and we may ask for a change too. Your first job usually has a little more back and forth while we learn how you work.
Nurse Approved invoices the client and pays you directly. You never have to chase a company for money.
Every job comes with a competitive rate based on your following, the kind of video, and what the brand needs. You see the exact pay in the job before you accept it, so there are never surprises.
On top of that, creators and influencers can both earn a view bonus. Share the video on your own channels, and if it takes off within 90 days of posting, you get paid for the highest milestone it reaches.
Extras pay more
Paid on the highest milestone reached on your own channels. Views after 90 days don’t count.
Nurses have watched a lot of content filmed on the unit that made the job look like a joke. We don’t make that. Every creator agrees to these standards before taking a job, and we hold every brand to them too.
No filming on the unit, in patient rooms, at the nurses’ station, or anywhere care is happening.
No patients, patient information, charts, screens, or anything that could identify someone in frame or in audio.
No skits, trends, or dances at work or in a clinical setting. Scrubs are fine. The unit is off limits.
Don’t speak for your employer or show their name or logo, and follow your workplace social media policy.
Every paid video is clearly labeled as sponsored, using each platform’s paid partnership tools.
You can turn down any job. Creators never claim a product is Nurse Approved unless it actually earned the Seal.
Nurse ApprovedThis is for clinicians only: RNs, NPs, LPNs, CRNAs, CNMs, CNAs, physicians, PAs, pharmacists, therapists, and clinical techs. You don’t need a following. You do need to show us something: a video you edited, a clip of you talking to camera, or an account you’ve grown.
It’s not exclusive. Keep your own brand deals and do your own thing.
Takes about five minutes. We review every application and follow up by email.
